Terms of service

Effective September 30, 2026.

These terms cover newtruckingcompanies.com and its data feed (the "service"), operated by Golden Dorado LLC, 7252 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85020 ("we"). By starting a trial or subscribing you ("subscriber") agree to them.

1. What the service is

The service delivers records derived from public datasets published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. We are not affiliated with FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation. Records are provided as-is: FMCSA data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and carriers' own filings can be out of date. We do not guarantee any number of records, any delivery time, or any business result.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the data, including compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and FCC rules, Do Not Call rules, state telemarketing and data-broker laws, and any consent those laws require before you email, call or text a carrier.
  • You will not impersonate FMCSA, the Department of Transportation or any government body, and will not suggest that a carrier must buy your product to comply with a federal requirement it does not have.
  • You will not resell, republish or redistribute the feed or its contact data as a list or database product. Using it inside your own business, including your CRM and your own sales team, is fine.

3. Trials, billing and cancellation

Trials last 7 days, need no card and end by themselves. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal; service continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

4. Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks section 2 or that we reasonably believe is used for fraud or harassment.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

6. General

Arizona law governs these terms. We may update them; material changes will be emailed to subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions: support@newtruckingcompanies.com.
