About New Trucking Companies
A daily feed of newly registered US trucking companies and the FMCSA events that follow them, built from public records and sold to the businesses that serve new carriers.

Every record comes from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's public datasets on data.transportation.gov:

Contact details (email, phone, cell, officers) are the ones each carrier filed with FMCSA on its MCS-150 and appear in the public Company Census File. We do not buy, scrape, append or guess contact data.
Cadence
We read the files four times a day (8:15 AM, 10:15 AM, 1:15 PM and 5:15 PM Eastern). The subscriber digest goes out once a day, as soon as FMCSA's daily Motus files post (usually by about 8:30 AM Eastern), with an 11:30 AM backstop if FMCSA is late. This site rebuilds twice a day.
Methodology
- Two dates per event. The date FMCSA stamped on the record, and the date the record first appeared in the public files. The digest keys on the second, so late-arriving census rows still reach subscribers once, and nothing is sent twice.
- Contact-quality flags. An email or phone number shared by three or more USDOT numbers in our 120-day window is flagged as likely belonging to a filing service rather than the carrier. An email whose domain does not exist in DNS is flagged as undeliverable.
- Windows. New USDOT counts on this site run through a date a few days behind the census file date, because FMCSA keeps adding rows for recent add dates. Authority counts run through the day before FMCSA's latest Motus files.
- What this site shows publicly. Company name, city, state, fleet size, operation, cargo classes and FMCSA authority events. It never shows emails, phone numbers, officer names or street addresses; those go only to subscribers.
What we do not do
- We are not affiliated with FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation, and we do not file anything with FMCSA for anyone.
- We never contact carriers ourselves and do not sell exclusive or per-lead data.
- We do not give legal, insurance or compliance advice.
Removal requests
A carrier can ask us to remove its company page by emailing support@newtruckingcompanies.com with its USDOT number. The record stays public at FMCSA.
