Public aggregate counts behind this site, as CSV, refreshed with every build. Free to use with a link to the page that cites them. They contain counts only, no carrier-level contact data.

daily-events-by-state.csv

One row per date, event and state: date (YYYY-MM-DD; FMCSA add date for new_usdot, first-seen date for the rest), event (one of new_usdot, authority_applied, authority_published, authority_granted, authority_reinstated, contact_update, insurance_filed, boc3_filed, suspension_notice, authority_suspended, authority_inactive), state (two-letter code, or other for carriers outside the 50 states and DC), count. Covers July 2, 2026 to September 30, 2026.

new-usdot-monthly-by-state.csv

month (YYYY-MM), state, new_usdot_numbers: USDOT numbers in the current Company Census File with an add date in that month and a physical address in that state. The current month is partial.

authority-monthly.csv

month, authority_grants (reason "Granted" in Motus AuthHist), involuntary_suspensions (reasons starting "Involuntary Suspension"), comparable (no for months distorted by FMCSA's 2026 Motus migration).
