Visitors

This site uses no cookies and no third-party trackers. A first-party script counts page views: it sends the page path, whether it is the first page of a visit (kept in your browser's session storage), and the referring site's hostname. It stores no IP address, no identifier and nothing that identifies you.

Subscribers

When you start a trial or subscribe we store your email address, any extra recipients and the webhook URL you add, your saved watches, a settings token, and, for paid plans, your Stripe customer and subscription ids and plan. Stripe processes payment; we never see your card number. We use this only to run the service and to email you about your account. We do not sell or share subscriber data.

Delivery logs (which day's digest was sent to which account) are kept for 30 days. Ask us to delete your account at support@newtruckingcompanies.com.

Carriers

The feed contains contact details carriers filed with FMCSA, which FMCSA publishes. This public site shows only company name, city, state and FMCSA registration events, never emails, phone numbers, officer names or street addresses. A carrier can ask us to remove its page by emailing support@newtruckingcompanies.com with its USDOT number.
